I'm behind!!! Sept 29 same as 28... two low carb bowls... one for bfast one for lunch (2 carbs) and dinner I had cheese sausage, onions, orange, yellow, and red peppers cooked in olive oil and garlic powder.13.5 total carbs about 15.5
Sept 30 same bfast and lunch. Dinner was at Golden Corral in Hampton!!! BOY!! I resisted temptation! Didn't do desserts, rolls, etc... ate tiny portion of meatloaf, 2 steaks, 2 helpings of green beans, 2 helpings of cabbage, salad (romaine, onions, mushrooms, some pepperoni, 2 grape tomatoes, cheese, some radish, and ranch), chicken wings, taco meat (little bit), I think that is it. I was a good girl. Tea of course with splenda. Dunno carb count.
Oct 1... bfast, egg and sausage patty. Lunch... can't remember!! dinner had appetizers. buffalo dip, 2 or 3 bites. Didn't like it cuz of blue cheese. shame on me, fruit salad, had like 2 inches of it ha... salsa that has beans, 4 chicken wings, 3 ritz crackers thin, 7 meatballs with bbq sauce. That was the best I could do at a party. Drank one alcoholic beverage that was sweet (2 different liquors). Then had water the rest of the night. OF course with lemon. Ate 3 jello squares too
Oct 2... bfast, 4 eggs with mayo, salt, pepper, paprika. Lunch 3 hamburgers without bun with diced onions, some ketchup, 3 pickles and some mustard... about 3 carbs. Dinner... meatloaf (2 slices) 8 and 3 slices low carb zucchini pizza (vlogged this one) 17, 28 total carbs UGH
