October 3

So... this morning I ate 2 boiled eggs with salt, pepper, paprika and mayo. Lunch I had some chicken with 1/2 cup mozz cheese and pepperoni 2 carbs. Ate 3 black cherry jello squares. Dinner 4 of that zucchini pizza 23 YUGGGGHHHH  total 25 carbs. Wes ate my meatloaf, I was pissed! It's lower in carbs than the pizza but what can I do... gotta eat! Was starvinggg.

Went to the Y to exercise. Walked on threadmill for 30 mins with 2 mins cooldown then biked 11 mins. Legs are starting to feel sore from biking. I sure hope I get up in the morning for my 30 min threadmill workout here at home!!!! Did my measurement this morning... compared with 2007.. yikes that was the last time I was serious about losing weight!!! I lost 3 lbs this week.
