Okay so... yesterday, Oct 4 I had 2 hard boiled eggs with mayo, of course same seasoning as recently. Lunch I didnt pack, so I had pepperoni, one cheese square, 3 black cherry jello squares.. sucked huh... then dinner cuz I go to UVA.. we stopped by McDonald's. Dilemma!! I got 2 hamburgers and 1 ranch chicken sandwich. Of course I did not use the buns. Boy, was I hungry! So, according to the website... 4 grams carbs for a hamburger without the bun and 2 grams carbs for the chicken, 3 for ranch, and Im going for about 3 for the tomato... the lettuce probably very small amount. 17 grams carb total.
Oct 5. 2 low carb bowls as usual. 2 total carbs for that. Dinner I had squash, red pepper and sausage. Sausage total is 14, red pepper 5, squash 4.. .divided by 3 portions, thats 8... so today I had 10 carbs????!
Yesterday morning I used my treadmill... walked for 30 mins. This morning same thing. I felt good! This eve went to the Y to work on arms.... used machines, threw balls.. worked on Abs too.
