Ok so today is Phase 1... gained 2 lbs due to P M S!!!
Bfast... 2 boiled eggs and water
lunch... 2 cups mixed greens 2, 1 c cheese 5?, sprinkle bacon bits 1 half tbsp ranch 1.5 7 ham 1
dinner... chicken, pepperoni, ham 1, fire roasted pepper sauce 5, mozz cheese about half cup 3, three grape roma tomatoes approx 1 or 2
Today I ate a Low Carb Bowl from Hardees and a 32 oz unsweetened Iced Tea with 3 packets of Splenda for Breakfast. Lunch: nothing! UGH I know I am not supposed to skip! Dinner, I had chicken, squash, green beans and a portabella mushroom pizza. Weird enough I feel hungry now! Gonna have some peanut butter and strawberries for snack. As usual, I drank water for dinner. I dont have my carb count here, but I will start doing that once I start Phase 1 on Monday.
Exercised for approximately 1 hour at the Y... walked.
Hi everyone, if anyone is watching! :) I just wanted to let you guys know that I am back on low carb. Started about 3 or 4 weeks ago, slowly... higher carbs, but lower than my normal diet. As of today I'm down 17 lbs. Will continue to log in my weekly weight. My goal for this blog is to record my food intake. Share recipes, links, info, etc to those who are interested in Low Carb as well. This is really for me, but I hope to start something here for the Deaf! Off to the Y, I go! Lata Amigos!
