Sept. 24

Today I ate a Low Carb Bowl from Hardees and a 32 oz unsweetened Iced Tea with 3 packets of Splenda for Breakfast. Lunch: nothing! UGH I know I am not supposed to skip! Dinner, I had chicken, squash, green beans and a portabella mushroom pizza. Weird enough I feel hungry now! Gonna have some peanut butter and strawberries for snack. As usual, I drank water for dinner. I dont have my carb count here, but I will start doing that once I start Phase 1 on Monday.

Exercised for approximately 1 hour at the Y... walked.

That's about it for now
